I hope I'm not mixing two manga.

The story takes place in high school or college - I think in college.
The heroine has very long hair.
There's a new guy in school.
The transfer student turns out to be the heroine's first love.
She pretends she doesn't know him in front of her boyfriend and female best friend.
Her female friend wants to hook up with the transfer student (not sure about this one).
When they were kids, she had an accident because of him (an injured leg or hand, if I'm not mistaken) and her parents decided to move afterwards.
She now has a boyfriend and it's shown in a chapter that they're having sex.
Her childhood friend (the transfer student) has kind of a psycho vibe and the main female character seemed a bit promiscuous.
Anyway, the two end up together.
I know it's not much, but any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.
