What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I'm looking for a manga where the main character falls in love with her best friend's brother/sister. I prefer it to be Shojo (or josei) and not be smut (it can have sexual content, just it can't drive the plot).

Well it's not exactly the main story line, because it's a comedy manga. Though the side romance is 60% of the reason i read it<3 Also the girl in the romance isn't exactly the main character, because all the girls are kinda the main character. I hope it fits what your looking for.
