Read this manga years ago. Forgot the title. I know it's a one shot but I don't know if it's part of a compilation. So here's what I can remember:

Guy wants to confess to his tennis club senpai. He places a love letter in her shoe locker. He tells his senpai to meet him after school. While waiting, another person comes. She's from the same club, and she has the same last name as the senpai. She readily accepts the confession, not giving the guy a chance to correct it. They dated. Fast forward, guy tells girl that he wanted to give the love letter to the senpai. Girl tells guy that she knows since she's always looking at the guy look at the senpai. So they break up. Guy realizes he likes the girl, confesses again by placing a love letter in her shoe locker. She meets him, and she asks if he was really sure he's confessing to the right girl. He said he was.
