Hi guys!
So what i'm looking for is a manga with romance in it (not as subplot, more important) where the girl either likes or is being liked by a guy, that for some reason needs to hold back or stop himself, even to the point where it actually makes him crazy.. I don't mind how much of the story this is focused on, but it would be ultimate if he has to deal with it once in awhile.
If you're not sure what i meant, i can only explain is as animal sexual desire, but it does not have to be that way, it can be in a sweet or loving way, where the guy has difficulties with keeping hands off or mocking the girl.

I'm up to most genres but i prefer it to be a female lead, UNLESS it's yaoi (which is fine too, but i know this is common in yaoi)

About a painter who struggles with his admiration and desire for a beautiful high-school girl. Mutual, restrained and obsessive love. Short and sensual.

Faster Than a Kiss by TANAKA Meca
A teacher takes in an orphaned high-school girl and her younger brother by marrying her. He swears to himself that he'll keep their relationship platonic, which means that he won't even kiss her. The rest is history. Long and typical Shoujo, but nonetheless entertaining.

There's also a category for this, Restrained Love.

Hmmm I would definitely recommend the webtoon "I'm in love with a shortie?!" It's not a manga, but the art style is very similar <3 The story is so cute! The art is also very pretty! The story is about a middle school boy who has a crush on the shortest, fattest and whom he considers the ugliest girl in school... he doesn't believe that this is possible and denies it... and also tries to avoid her (although they end up interacting a lot)...It's told from the guy's point of view also. .. Couldn't open some of the links here so I don't know if someone actually recommended it already. But it kinda fits this manga:

Taiyou no Ie Now the categories do not show it as Restrained love (or whatever that category is called) but the "main male lead" is kind of restraining himself. I'm not sure if he restrains himself enough for you to read it but I felt that he did.

For now that's all I could think of when it came to restraining love, even though I might have read a few more.

And also, I second Koi dano Ai dano but you should probably start with the first one. Though it doesnt really matter. But ill guarantee youll feel better if u start with the first one. Spoken from experience (I started with koi dano ai dano. Only after i finished it i found out that there were prequels =.=|||)

love so life - age difference and girl is still a minor. Its a load of cuteness
Shigatsu wa kimi no uso - guy likes a girl who is dating his friend. This is the only manga or anything with love triangles like this that ive read or watched.
