I hope this is the right place. I use to be able to find this easily and I know one site where I might be able to read it but it's near impossible to find it on there unless I have the name. And trying to filter and find it here has been a headache.

The main guy has a crush on the student council president and thinks of her while masturbating. He's short and due to his height he's always in front during the morning assembly where the president always stands on stage and makes the morning announcements. A gust of wind reveals her panties and he passes out and awakens in the infirmary with the president occupying the bed beside him. He confesses and she confesses to having some rather perverted fantasies. The two have sex and become a couple.

There are a series of stories with these two, they go to the beach, and two other stories with two mini stories, each time the first few pages are in color and it's something of a comedy.

The manga has a few other stories in it but the main one focuses on those two, one of the last ones is something of a horror with a hero/prince off to save a princess who has been possessed by a dark force, I can't remember if tentacles were involved but sadly it ends with the princess posing for a painting with the hero's decapitated head.

Sometimes the manga sites do not include the other stories and only focus on the students.
