What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I'm looking for a manga that I used to read a while ago, but now forgotten what the name is.

The description:

Main hero is an expert swordsman, living in a continent where nearly everyone have at least some degree of magic power (spells, or signs), but he has no aptitude for magic at all (so he always relies on his sword skills).
Main heroine is a powerful magic user, but she is weak physically (and is pretty fragile), and using powerful magic wears her out a lot.

The heroine's brother is the lord of the castle. And there are mysterious clan/forces after the heroine since she is a powerful magic user.


Could anyone find this one for me?
