What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

The protagonist wakes up in another world where he has a special magic to create or something. Everyones hair color represents the god they are under and his is black so people think he is the black god. He lives with a doctor and some girl for a while before working at the capital under the princess.
