Hey XD I'm looking for a yaoi manga/anime were there's a fat uke/seme to begin with but he loses weight

Well I have never actually read a manga or seen an anime that depicts your particular desire, but I have read a novel which is exactly what you seek for. I don't know if you like novels, but if you do I suggest you read it because it's absolutely enticing.
