What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Hello,
I recently read http://https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=86766, and after finishing it i remembered that i once saw an anime (and manga) with a very similar plot.
About a boy going to a school full of girls (that's usually the case for harem manga x)) and the boy had ninja like powers, was pretty strong so the girls were seducing him but he was kinda too dumb to notice coz he came from some faraway village or something like that.
I'm pretty sure that it was eechi, shounen and harem, should be school life tagged too.

anyone remembers the name?

the only one I can think of is Asu no Yoichi! but he's not exactly a ninja, and I don't remember if he was 100% oblivious
