So ,I've read a lot of manga as you can see from my list if you click on it. I'm recently running out of options and enthusiasm ,my main genre is a shoujo-esk romance centered around a female lead.
What I want to ask is can you help my find more to read?

Requirements not limited to...

--romance is mostly a must unless it's a shoujo horror then I have no need for dumb romance
--strong female lead(and I don't mean in physical strength because they can be the strongest person ever and a blubbering whinny crybaby that can't make good options then I'll hate them and I'll quit)
--a good male lead with a balance with the female lead this isn't required just a preference because if the guy is strong I'd at least want the girl to be capable
--no yaoi ,yuri ,shonen ai ,shoujo ai ,hentai,mecha,shonen,seinen (it tends to boar me)
--preferable complete(I don't feel like waiting for updates)but if it's that good I'm willing
--im good with if also with the shoujo or romance genre
-horror ,comedy ,josei ,action ,adventure ,gender bender ,etc see what I don't want for details

Chrno Crusade (Complete, fantasy adventure in 1920's US)
Oishii Kankei (Complete, becoming a chef)
Vampire Game (Complete, fantasy adventure, lead is sometimes annoying but not in the whinny crybaby way)
The Great Merchant Kim Manduk (Complete, historical)
Otoyomegatari (Ongoing, historical)
Mahou Tsukai no Yome (Ongoing, fantasy shounen but don't let that deter you since it's not a typical shounen)
Ran to Haiiro no Sekai (Ongoing but apparently complete after this last volume by word of scanlaters, fantasy)

You've overlooked a classic in your reading!

Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou -- Complete, 21 volumes, school life, romance, has a strong female lead, and has my highest reccomendation. Check it out, seriously (description doesn't do it justice.)

Kemonotachi no Yoru Completed, supernatural, horror. Demon possession and a curse surrounding a family. I really like this one and I'd recommend the mangaka's other works.
Chang Ge Xing ongoing, historical adventure. Revolves around historical Tang China, romance is very subtle in this one. But the protagonist is awesome.
Ghost Hunt completed. Supernatural horror. Paranormal detective work based on a novel by Ono Fuyumi- sensei!
Kaze no Tani no Nausicaä Fantasy adventure. It's the work that Miyazaki based his movie off on.
Love Com completed. School life, comedy. High school life, regarding a short guy and tall girl.
Kimi wa Pet Completed, Josei revolving life of a career woman.
Kodomo no Omocha Completed, about acting and school life. It's an older work, but I think this mangaka's works are timeless.
Toshokan Sensou - Love & War Ongoing. Sci-fi, school life. War on protecting books. It's a very interesting mix
Hachimitsu to Clover Completed, school life, josei. Genius girl in an art college. It doesn't just revolve around the female MC but also the people around her and I actually like the end couples.
Ciel - The Last Autumn Story completed (scans aren't up to date though). Fantasy adventure. Female lead goes to the city to learn magic and escape her boring life in the country. There are also a lot of mystery surrounding the whole cast.
masca completed. Fantasy adventure. Manhwa with an atypical art style. A mage-apprentice catches the eye of a demon lord. I'm doing a very bad job at describing this one, but it's a gem!
Mana Completed. Supernatural. Reincarnation and love interests from the past. The MC undergoes a makeover within the first chapter! The ending is bittersweet though depending on who you rooted for.
Pinocchio Completed. A korean webtoon from Daum. Revolves around life of MC after she buys a necklace that allows her to see an amnesiac ghost, they attempt to find out who he really is and solve other mysteries regarding how he even became a ghost.

I'll stop here for now.
