I'm looking for light novels, preferably with a lot of chapters, about a really weak MC who ends up ridiculously overpowered like in Arifureta. At the very least I'd like something where the MC is weak and then slowly gets a lot strong through strategy or the like, similar to Moonlight Sculptor.

I Eat Tomatoes writes a few of them about a person going from weak to incredibly strong. Coiling Dragon the MC is a genius, and although he starts at a low level everyone else does he rises quickly, while Xingchenbian (Novel) the MC is very weak and has no martial arts aptitude, but through hard work and dedication (and luck) he becomes powerful. They're Wuxia series so they're all about chinese martial arts heroes, but they have a fantasy magic twist (think DBZ). There's also The Desolate Era (Novel) (also by IET), but he becomes stronger through a sort of gimmick which gives him the advantage.

Mushoku Tensei (Novel) is fantasy world, reincarnation, MC is a loser who becomes stronger through self-training...like almost entirely self-training.

Only Sense Online is MMO where new guy who doesn't game much joins new VRMMO and builds an interesting/strong character through different means/choosing less popular class/skills.

So far those are in order of what I'd recommend you read first...I'll also second Ark, and Tate No Yuusha
