I'm looking for some reading suggestions for a manga without an anime adaptation. Anyone know of some good ones? I can't find any for the life of me. Something along the lines of a shounen or a shoujo would be great, but I will read anything except:
Ecchi (Except if it isn't a huge thing in the story)
Yaoi
Yuri
Hentai
Harem

That's a very loose request, do you have any other requirements than this?

The Voynich Hotel

Jahu's right, you should try to be a bit more specific with what you're looking for, as there are a ton of different series out there that haven't been adapted to nor from anime.
I'll also second checking out The Voynich Hotel though!

Yeah, that's pretty loose. I will suggest some old/finished ones that probably won't get an anime anymore, then.

And I definitely second Hoshi no Samidare.

That is a REALLY broad description. Any preferences on genre, cause otherwise this list will have no end. I guess I'll give you some of my favorites.

Onepunch-man - actually getting an anime later this year
Horimiya - great slice of life
Tower of God - highly recommended
Noblesse - great read
The Breaker and its sequel The Breaker - New Waves - totally worth reading, you should absolutely read both
Until Death Do Us Part - really amazing and totally deserves an anime
The Gamer - fun story
Gangsta - also getting an anime later this year
Iris Zero - pretty intelligently done mystery
Nana to Kaoru - very ecchi, but really good even if that's not what your into
Rain - highly recommended, great story
