Looking for a manga where the main girl is older than the main guy, and by older I mean it should clearly show. So not just that she's more curvy than the other girls, but that she actually looks older, i.e usually narrower eyes, sharper angles, longer face?. Actually bonus if she's not too curvy.

Bonus if it's ecchi.

Also bonus if she's sort of tomboyish or has a tough, or cool attitude. So if she's a hard drinking gal with a mouth of a pirate, that's a plus, or if she's a no-nonsense shoot first ask questions later type gal, that's a plus too. Basically, the less of your typical shounen main girl she is the better. But I don't want her to be a psychopath or creepy.

Ooh, Shounen? That makes this one a bit harder, but I also like older women-younger guy pairings, so lets see what I can recommend.

Anedoki fits -- shounen, older female, ecchi, ect. but I can't say I remember her being much of a tomboy (fair warning: its been years since I've read it.)



While technically Seinen Puppy Lovers is very Shounen-like and fits well (very ecchi, older female, ect. I don't know if I'd call her a tomboy, but the woman is pretty badass and aggressive.)

Also, shoutout to Boku no Chi de Yokereba. Just a short oneshot, and technically Seinen again, but still a good match with your request.

If you're up for Shoujo or Josei I can give you way more older female, younger guy recommendations.

She's not WAAAAY older, but the age gap is a huge point of plot.

After turning on shonen + romance in the search function, turning off the other 3 and imputing "Older Female Younger Male" i was then presented with only 2 pages. I pick:

Kidou Senshi Gundam 0083 Rebellion
Maoyuu Maou Yuusha - "Kono Watashi no Mono Tonare, Yuusha yo" "Kotowaru!"
Mashiro no Oto
Megumi no Daigo

Boku no Chikyuu o Mamotte is my favorite use of the trope and a rare 10/10 but shonen it is not.

Been reading UxU, pretty good! I've looked through your other recs as well, but nothing really stuck :/


However, anyone know of anything less romancy or dramay? I'm not specifically looking for romance, I'd be fine if the romancy stuff is only hinted, or if there's no romance at all, and they're just partners in crime, so to speak. But they have to be the main characters.
