Have you checked the scanlator's page ? It's most probably from one of their series and since they don't have many, you can always check them...

The art style looks like Robico's and on the scanlators site it says they are doing Boy x Meets x Girl and Himikoi by that author (and tonari no kaibutsu kun, but i know that's not the one since i read it xd) so it's probably one of those

Edit: just saw the manga draft paper in the girls hand and 'IF' it is Robico she has a oneshot about a mangaka (in the first manga i mentioned) but it hasn't been translated sooooo..... Can't be sure and i hope i'm not right but still wanted to say it lol

The art looks like AKIRA Shouko the mangaka of Saruyama!, so would say is Datte Aishiteru (AKIRA Shouko) or 18 Diary.
