I am looking for nice romantic mangas where the MCs are an older woman and a younger guy. Not necesarrily super big age gap.

I highly recommend Natsuyuki Rendezvous and Otoyomegatari. They're two of my favorite manga overall.

I turned Josei on, the other 3 off and applied "Older Female Younger Male".
& (8/10) It´s an age gap love triangle in both directions.
Dokuhime (7,5/10) A main plot.
Futago (8/10) A main plot.
Hachimitsu to Clover (10/10) A subplot.
Hyakki Yakoushou (7,5/10) There is a lot of subtitle cousin shipping for the leads but the series need to end.
Kimi wa Pet (7/10) A main plot but it´s too long and her later works are better.
Mizutama Puzzle (8/10) A main plot but only half of the short is translated.
Onna na no de Shouganai (8/10) This new entry may get one.
Under the Rose - Haru no Sanka Well it´s on my whish list and i will read it soon.
@SephiriaChronos I just gave it Borderline Josei as you have a point and Sumika Sumire (8/10) may or may not count as it is a about an age regression.
