I'm a shoujo fanatic, but I've read everything that's halfway decent. I read shounen but it's usually action oriented.
So I want to try getting into shounen/seinen because there's a few I found really cute (Horimiya, Honeymoon Salad, Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou, Toradora, Blood Alone, the romantic undertone in Noragami) and I'm asking because I don't know what to look at.

I don't like harem, male leads who get the girl despite have no redeeming qualities, female leads who overdo the moe thing, balloon sized breasts

I'm not entirely sure if the manga listed above will completely fit your criteria. There might be one or two ecchi scenes in it if I remember correctly. If that doesn't work for you then go ahead and disregard the three above.

For the moe part I don't know if you mean if the manga is moe in general or if they have a moe character like Izumi from Saenai Kanojo no Sodatekata - Egoistic-Lily but here are some 4-koma ones that have romance in them

Shuukan Shounen Girl has romance in it too but it's more like one couple every chapter.

I second Emma and also rec the author's ongoing series Otoyomegatari. I also second Yesterday o Utatte and yeah, it is really, really slow on the romance. Here are a few more:

looking at your list and what you wrote here our interests seem to coincide, so you can probably just take mine and read whatever you have not read yet (especially since those would probably be shounen or seinen anyway).

obviously, what others recommended here is spot-on.
If anything, I'd highlight Bocchi na Bokura no Renai Jijou.

oh and Kono Bijutsubu niwa Mondai ga Aru! now that it just got another chapter
... nvm it's a troll chapter... the others are good though...

Again!! Well-written characters, shows a lot of their thoughts and stuff. It's shounen but the author's a lady. Romance isn't completely the focus but it has quite a bit and the main guy is actually nice.
