1. I would like if the male was a creep. I don't mean he likes panties or is a pervert. I mean creepier than my friend Steve who calls me in a different voice despite me having caller ID. I'd prefer if he wasn't too creepy to the point the other lead is endanger. To be more exact he probably just be socially awkward and considered creepy.

For the first one I would suggest Yugami-kun ni wa Tomodachi ga Inai and Yahari Ore no Seishun Rabukome wa Machigatte Iru. - Mougenroku. The romance hasn't really started yet, so their complete social ineptitude is mostly just played for laughs.

As for messed up love stories... there's a lot of them. Uhh, here's a few

Akiyama-kun - pretty tame
