Conductor is one of the more horror themed manga I've seen.

Risou no Kareshitachi The person in here is very yandere.
Zekkyou Gakkyuu Chapter 28.5 is where the yandere person is, I don't know if there are any others. This manga is pretty scary in all the other chapters.
Paperweight Eye
Visukiisu no Akai Ningyou Pretty short.
Die! Oneshot, very very short. More realistic style of artwork.
People say Pandora Hearts, but if you don't want something long that you have to stay committed to, I don't recommend it.
Aishite Kudasai Sensei, More smutty than the others...
