Three of my favorites:

Parallel -- The leaders of rival boy and girl factions at a coed school end up living together (Het.)

Honto Yajuu -- A policeman and a mobster. Pretty much sums it up (they actually get together pretty easy -- bickering comes after that. Yaoi.)

10 Dance -- Two professional dancers who hate each other have to teach each other in their own categories (Yaoi.)
