I'm looking for this oneshot. It goes something like this. Our mc, a boy, is sitting in his class after school when he sees a boy jump from the window-scared he looks down for him but he doesn't find him. He then sees the boy quite often and comes to know he is actually a ghost. The ghost boy tells him that he can rest in peace if he finds the ring his boyfriend gave him. The ring was lost in the river when the he committed suicide (possibly lovers suicide). The mc helps him find the ring and the ghost then rests in peace. (Also this wasn't bl)
Info: both of them usually hangout near the river and the bridge where the ghost committed suicide.
Hope some one can help me with this. It's been ages since I've been looking for it - literally ages. I've tried searching with all sorts of tags-but in vain.

Thank you calstine for taking out you time searching for it but sadly it not one of those you mentioned. Although I have read almost all the ones you mentioned except yoshinatsu.
I remember it being a manga and not anything else.
What I'm sure about is that it seemed individual. (not a side story or anything) but there are chances that it could have been from a collection of stories that was not completely scanlated.
(.....my memory says it was a single chap and I'm dead sure the story was complete)

I was reading Eerie Queerie! again when I realised that the story for this old question of mine was actually a whole volume in it...
I can't believe myself for giving out a totally wrong description and being adamant on the fact that it was a oneshot.
(....and the ghost guy doesn't get the ring in the end :/ so he ends up staying in the mortal realm.)
I must have confused it with some other random story.
I apologise for the misleading description and I also thank anyone who tried to look for it
