I'm looking for an interesting webnovel to read. There were a few similar requests lately, but I'm specifically looking for a webnovel because I want to read it in Japanese.

Requirements:
- action, adventure series
- some developed romance (preferably no harem or a small one)
- little to no ecchi content (if possible without prevy MC, accidental acts of perverdness and so on)

Extra points if female character\s has interesting personality and is not a loli.

Those are a little contradictory and it's hard to find all 3 in one series. For example, Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari (Novel) has the action, adventure aspect and is super low on ecchi content*, but romance is mostly undeveloped. When there developed romance, there is usually some ecchi content (I can read it if it's just a little), but I seriously dislike ecchi content in series that have no romance whatsoever. Last but not least the two WNs that had no harem (Risou no Himo Seikatsu (Novel), Seiun o Kakeru) also didn't had any action, adventure aspect.

Gun-Ota ga Mahou Sekai ni Tensei Shitara, Gendai Heiki de Guntai Harem wo Tsukucchaimashita!? (Novel) is close to what I'm looking for, but I wouldn't mind if it was a bit less ecchi (whats with the washlet fetish), the heroines had more personality. From what I heard another problem is that:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
MC's harem steadily grows.

While I didn't mind all the gun trivia in the book, reading them in Japanese was a pain (lots of specialised vocabulary).

*Out of what I read of the series, there was at least one exception, but it's better to not talk about it...

Hi! I couldn't help but recommend to you a Manwha that fits most of the criteria you gave. Obv, it's not a novel nor is it Japanese. It's also done with paint so the visuals can range from shit to beautiful; don't worry about this though, the visuals dramatically improves as you get farther. (imo)

Magician (KIM Sarae)
https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=54097

It has a very good character development to the point that it feels like you grow with the protagonists. I don't wanna spoil too much but the female lead has a strong and unique personality. The story telling is also good in creating suspense with both the action and tension between the adventurers. Sometimes it's quite unclear whether the guy their following or fighting against is the bad guy as some enemies are really likable.

Both the young adventurers have very interesting pasts; these get explained more and more as they discover later in their adventures and eventually catches up to them.

I don't know if you'll get enough dose of romance but I can tell you that the romance is done well and it's realistic which imo is better than most mangas I've read.

I'm not sure if baka-updates manga's info on the updates on this manwha is accurate so let me know if you're gonna read it and I'll pass on some of the links I bookmarked )=]

@Mackoy00 sounds interesting, but I'm really looking for a novel to read in Japanese right now (I need free access to text version of the novel, hence webnovels).

first off, i can't read Japanese, so if my recommendations aren't too great, sorry bigrazz

not so much on the action or adventure right now from the translated releases, so i can't really tell you if it has them, but maybe Risou no Himo Seikatsu (Novel), it has 7 translated and near 90 chapters on ncode

this 1 has minimal action and no adventure, but it's still good so far [m]B Group no Shounen (Novel)
it has 17 chapters on ncode and 7 translated

this 1 has both action and adventure, but will probably go the harem route, but still worth a look Shinka no Mi (Novel) only 11 translated chapters with about 50ish on ncode

last but not least The New Gate (Novel) it has the action and adventure, but might go the harem route aswell, has 6 translated and 40 chapters on ncode

I was thinking of Rakuin no Monshou but its light novel :/
It took me a couple of minutes but nothing really fitting comes to mind. Maybe Jashin ni Tensei Shitara Haika no Maou-gun ga Sassoku Metsubou Shisou Nandaga, Dousureba Indaro ka (Novel) will develop in this direction(the romance I mean) so you may want to check it out.
