What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

1) a romance manga with 2 countries that dislikes each other and always have war then the prince and princess of the 2 countries made a plan to get married to have peace... the princess hates the prince but the prince likes the princess (romantic, comedy and historic)

2) a manga that takes plance in a gambling school with a girl who is addicted in gambling
