What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Hai im looking for a manga with an ex-delinquent mc, id like her to be fairly pretty or just cool and good at fighting, i also prefer it if she keeps some traits or habits from back when she was a delinquent such as losing it and getting into fights. Its not required but it'd be nice if there were some romance in it. Thanks in advance to any suggestions! :3
