I remember reading a yaoi manga before where the uke likes his close friend but he ends up keeping it a secret. It leads to the uke getting sick and the seme visits him in the infirmary and puts a drop of water (or some sort of drink) on the back of the uke's hands and the seme ends up confessing to the uke. Im sorry I barely remember the details of the manga though the story is very similar to seinen wa ai o kou
