Hi, I am currently looking for some novel's to read, although i am still looking for recomendations in THIS TOPIC, right now i want to look for more school life/slice of life/romance stuff, for this search, please refrain from any fantasy, reincarnation etc. (post those types in my other topic)
EDIT: forgot to mention, novels with virtual reality are fine (as long as its not a trapped in the game type)


the only real example of what i'm looking for is B Group no Shounen (Novel) - if you haven't read it, then i recomend you do

so i guess what i'm looking for is:
School Life - prefer high school, university is ok, but no middle/elementary please
A decent MC - really sick of 1 dimensional, perverted, no personality MC's (MALE MC PLZ)
Some Comedy - not so much it becomes a gag, but not so little it becomes too serious
Romance - light romance or having it as not the main focus is ok
Tranlating - does not need to be fully translated, as long as its actively being done

I DON'T want:
Fluffy - hard to explain, but i dont want it to be all flowers and girly squeals and idiot protagonists that are all "oh they smiled at me... I LOVE YOU!"
Overly Ecchi - some ecchi is fine as long as its not over the top
Preverted MC - they are the worst mc's ever thought of...
Gag
Oneshots - absolutely hate oneshots, especially the ones that leave you wanting more
Dark / Depressing
Psychological / Mind F_ck
Yaoi / Yuri
Josei - i don't mind romance but Josei is a little to much for my tastes
Shounen Ai / Shoujo Ai
Rape
Smut
Gender Bender - this is ok ONLY if not a major part of the story, or only apears in 1 or 2 chapters out of 100

Gekkou (Novel) it is psychological, but it's short (only a volume)
Yahari Ore no Seishun Rabukome wa Machigatte Iru. (Novel) a bit deppresing here and there but otherwise it fits
Hyouka (Novel) didn't read this(watched the anime) so I'm not sure on the translation status

thanks, i'm already reading Oregairu (Novel) (Yahari) although from where i'm up too(v9) i don't feel like continuing it just now cause i'm getting a bad ending vibe and its pushing on my feels button


as for the other 2, their descriptions make me feel a bit... iffy about them, i'll read the first couple of chapters before deciding though
