 Eden --> overall a depressing manga, but there's some humor in it
Endo Short Stories --> select short stories are depressing, others can be quite funny
Hoshi no Koe --> somewhat sad, but not depressing

 i vote for zetman too .
But after a short while it gets a little more like - cut the guy some fucking slack would ya
Spoiler (highlight to view)
and old guy taking care of him gets brutally murdered.
Finds himself a step mom but eventually she also get brutally murdered.
