What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

There was a group of four friends: Girl A, Girl B, Boy A, Boy B. They all lived in some kind of tropical province or something. Anyway it was summer vacation or something and they all decided to go on a boat trip, but then some shit happened and they ended up in a deserted island. Girl A likes Boy B, but Boy B has a thing with Girl B. Boy A likes photography, and is kind of a perv I think. In the end they all get rescued (probably) and Girl A and Boy A end up together. Anyone know what this manga is?? confused
