So I just finished reading Oka no Ue no Rakuen where in the last chapter the uke ended up with the son of his past lover. My question is, are there any similar manga where a guy ends up with the son of his former lover? (The past lover does not HAVE to be dead by the way, that also means he does not HAVE to be alive either.)

I can't say I've read anything EXACTLY like that, although that does seem really interesting! That said, you might like the first chapter in Hatsukoi no Yamai! I'm sad it's a one shot, I'd really like to see where it ends up.

It's also a one-shot, but you can try the second chapter of Tour Shangri-La by Nishimura Shuuko.

The first story in Anohito to Nitenai Kuchibiru by Oumi Shinano also comes to mind, but it's not really what you are seeking as the main character's romantic love for the father was never requited.
