You should try a search with the "Handsome Male Lead" tag. Here are a few:

and I personally think the male lead of Spice and Wolf is handsome, but he's definitely not a bishounen.

since you mentioned Barakamon, perhaps you'd be interested in reading about sensei's highschool life? If so, try Handa-kun
Id he's handsome (weeeell, more like pretty) enough to make even men try to go for him (emphasis on try). Read if you don't mind landscape-changing, map-altering martial art battles
