And then there is a boy who falls in love with him that is small like a women with dark long hair. The emperor is also in love with him to. I know it's not alot to work with but just guess and put the names down so I can see if the it is the manga

It was definitely more than one volume, they were not dark skinned and it was more Japanese style than an Indian style. I think the uke was a servant that the guy in charge favored and loved alot. He was small and tiny like a girl with black hair.
