What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Hello,

I've been looking for the name of the song that plays in hajime no ippo rising episode 9.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
That is the time while volg is leaving for america after the practice match with Ippo


It sounds like a mix between the songs "To be a winner" and "Must win".

Really hope someone knows it ^^
