Im looking for a manga that has fighting! Meaning martial arts or judo and all the works! I want it to be a romance preferably in the present day and age. I want the main character to be a girl that is REALLY strong looking for a guy that is stronger than her.
What I want is kinda of a mix between
Ranma 1/2- liked it but I want more romance and i loved how strong the characters were ,
Air Master with more romance and I loved the fighting style,
Mixed with Kenichi the Strongest disciple which I loved the romance and fighting with the comedy on the side!

You might try Tokyo Crazy Paradise .
There's action and Romance is also a big part of it. It's in a slightly different world (kind of like a somewhat alternate future with less females?), but it might fit what you're looking for?

Change 123 fits most of what you're looking for except for the fact that the girl is not looking for someone stronger than herself. Still may want to give it a try if you're okay with that omission.

hot blooded woman, the romance and the fighting are well balanced out and THAT ending.
it seems that it is a bit too "generic korean shoujo", but that's a plus rather than a minus if you have not delved into that specific genre.
