What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Hi. I'm looking for a oneshot manga I read long time ago. It was about a girl who was waiting for a boy. The had met one year ago and agreed to meet again in her hometown. He had a motorcycle and wanted to see a lot of places. They exchanged messages during this year. But one day another boy came to her family's inn. Finally she realized that the first boy was dead and the messages were sent by the second boy. I don't remember the name. Can you help me? Thanks

Yeah, this sounds like Heaven's Mail. I thought it was another one but then I reread your OP.
