Hello there! Help me find this errrr.....maybe shoujo manga. All help appreciated. I remember reading the synopsis only. It was a about a boy whose best friend dies (yeah probably does). But some how the friend's soul entered a girls body who studies at his school (maybe she was a new comer?).
So it's the story about the boy and that girl...... I know it's pretty vague... Sorry
I guess he ends up with the girl. It was probably shoujo, romance and school life

As a said before I haven't read the manga so it could be either of them. I probably think it's Jun'ai sensation--- but it could be Return too.
