Preferably I would love the age gap to be like lip smoke or ojikoi! These to mangas were so cute! Please list alot! I do not like one shots or studentXteacher relationships. They are getting a little old and boring... there is another manga where the female protagonist was a physic and the male protagonist was a detective and we're partners but I can't put my finger on title, but I loved it also!

There's the Age Gap category if you want to try looking there but it seems like you want a specific type of romance so I'll list a couple.
Mahou Tsukai no Yome is great, but it's fantasy. The age gap is very evident, but the romance is slow paced.
Otoko no Isshou. The male lead is very old and the protagonist is also very mature.
Piece of Cake. This one has an older male lead, who is quite rough looking. The type you would go 'ah. I can't really leave him alone'.
Shuuden na Kankei this one is really cute. There's a big age gap.
Takane to Hana Okay, this one features a couple that is younger but it's hilarious. It might make you uncomfortable that the female lead is 15 and the male, 25, buuuut... it's kinda entertaining!
& this is probably the best recommendation I can give you. It's one of my all time favorite age gap stories! Pretty bitter sweet though.
Houkago x Ponytail Short and sweet, this story features a couple that's relatively young as well. (age gap is there still)
If ya want anymore I'll be glad to give you some~

Age gap isn't too big but it isn't much of an issue actually. It was really fun to read but everyone seems to get riled up and frustrated over one character =]

Pretty hot and steamy like Lip Smoke. Features multiple recurring couples/pairs and their stories. The first couple you encounter is the age gap one but don't over analyze how it happens. They're pretty much the main couple though so the story goes back to them eventually.
Hakuji
The artistic soul finds love for the first time in a young high school yamoto nadeshiko girl. Light read, not too long.
Veins
Very short manga that involves the violin. It's a light read.
V.B.Rose
Age gap between two artistic people who are great with their hands. If you love weddings, you'll love this one =D The gowns are beautiful, the dainty jewelry, the cute handbags, and the pretty corsages!

It’s ok as a shoujo but it’s not the mangaka’s greatest work. Same author as V.B. Rose but I liked V.B. Rose more.

Maybe you’ve read this already. It’s a huge age gap. More than a decade, possibly 15 years? Don’t remember. It’s really cute;a love that lasts beyond death.

I second Love so Life because it is cute.
Second Otoko no Isshou too b/c it's a good josei involving adults (no minors)
& is iffy imo....it's a josei involving adults (no minors) but I guess if you like the US TV show HOUSE(M.D.), you might have an inkling for it. It's like Dr. House and Cameron's relationship in the 1st and/or 2nd season.

It's an age gap too but they are seriously just the cutest and dearest couple! The female is older than the male. The art is phenomenal and the story will expand your horizons on the middle east.

Not something I'd wait around for to update but it is kind of cute and adorable (the young boy that is).

Age gap isn’t too wide but it’s a story about two minors. Girl is in high school and boy is in middle I think. I’m not up to date on this manga but I thought I’d recommend it for variety’s sake.
Kimi wa Pet
This is a josei story if I remember correctly…involves adults. It’s not easy to get through though. The first time I read it, I skimmed through it and I’m glad I did because if I was reading very diligently, I would have gotten so frustrated and probably given up. <3 Momo. He’s pretty amazing.
Running Through the City in the Sunset
Slice of life kind of story. Doesn’t get you too riled up but I enjoyed it and reread it every so often because it’s short.

We have our preferences so just because we DON'T recommend them doesn't mean you may not like them. You might find a gem.
