And for the Uke, just because the Seme is Uke-like, doesn't mean the Uke is Seme-like. So, no, the Uke isn't super manly, bara type, or scary type, or so cool handsome power Seme type. Nope. Just an Ordinary looking boy/man who has normal appearance. Delinquent or not is fine.
And for the Seme with Uke-look, doesn't mean he has to look so feminine, girly, beautiful-girl like, or short.
Just maybe like the loner type or nerd type or quiet, or polite. Or like Ordinary type.
Series or one-shot.
If it series, the Seme doesn't have to be always Uke-like for the whole series. He can change to be more Seme-like in the middle or the ending.
I don't really have clear example because it's been a while for me read specific manga like this.
Example maybe like: Mousou Elektel & Kawaii Akuma
Both the Uke of the Series is Normal-look, right?
I know Mishima Kazuhiko-sensei, so please don't recommend her work again.
I search something like this because I read and watch Tokyo Ghoul. (non romance/BL)
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
I like to think Kaneki/Haise as Seme while most people like to think he's Uke/Sub type. After all he doesn't look strong except when he's in action.
And I just Love Bottom Hide. While he's secretly genius badass.

Still confused? Do you already saw the TG pairing reference?
Still? Maybe just give me spiky hair Uke... *sighed* like Boku to Neko to Hatsukoi Kousa.
Add: I didn't mean to being rude. I just became impatient because the stress i get. Sorry.
