Let me search the series...

EDIT :: Maybe Gokujou Danshi to Kurashi Temasu.? That name there might read "Shun" or "Shin"... do you have a bigger image?

EDIT 2 :: Nvm I found it. XD It's a oneshot titled Koi Gokoro Gekokujou. And I wasn't reading the "Shin" on the right large panel. -w-
