What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

It was about a kid who had the fame of a delinquent because of his face and could see the ghost of the most popular boy in school, who died before he could give some presents to the girl he loved, so MC helps him.
Anyone knows?
