Himekishi ga Classmate fits your bill I think. 2 chapters of the manga have been released (3rd should come out in a few days). The WN version is quite decent thus far (though no masterpiece). MC is pretty much a magical slavemaster (slavemancer) that uses sex to control his subjects.

Harem series where the protagonist bangs all the women exist in the hundreds (and to a lesser degree reverse harems too). They can be found within seconds with the proper genre combos alone but i will throw a curveball with Sayonara Zetsubou-Sensei before anyone else does as it was the harem deconstruction series to end all harem manga forever more.

It seems to me that you missed "NOT straight hentai" part of initial message. But if there is really hundreds of non-hentai harem series where protagonist do have sex, than surely you can add a couple of dozens titles here, can't you?

I don't see how this series fit initial prescription.

People deal with guys like this a lot on anime/manga, some westerners think it's super edgy and cool to take down what others are interested in.

Here are at least 50 to 150+ with full on sex and harem is one of the most used genres there is as even the bestselling shoujo manga of all time is a reverse one.
It took me 30 seconds and we have less than 1/3 of all manga listed and even less categorized so i assume that 10 time the amount exists. Look up the authors as U-Jin or MURAO Mio and you would have 2 dozens entries alone there.
Gotta love the search function and there are seinen magazine dedicated to the theme you may notice after looking at my link. Point proven and piece out . The series i suggested 100% counted too and it wasn´t even an ecchi manga.

Good, but not good enough. Because, there is for example To Love-Ru here. Meaning that this series can be quite erotic, but doesn't necessary contain any sex. Not to say that "Adult" tag can mean not erostuff, but blood and gore. Or just a crapsuck world it it's full glory.
So, still a miss. But at least it's something to choose from, so thanks.

Considering how much of not categorized series is a doujinshi and hentai and that even your selection isn't 100% fit the bill, I think your assumption is off the mark.

Are you really know that for a fact or just extrapolate from 1-2 series of this authors? Cause it seems latter for me. Surely their works are close, but some of them isn't harem, some are fully hentai, and there is some of them neither harem nor contain sex.

I don't think it's only westerners who are like this, so let's not generalize.

I still don't know if this will end up a harem but he is given a harem. Its a tragedy horror manga which isn't a straight out hentai. No tentacles its set in a screwed up island village where a research group from the city comes to research the village but really not my cup of tea. Most of the girls are sluts.
