After reading Minamoto-kun Monogatari, Shishunki na Adam - Evil Eyes, and Maou no Hajimekata I cannot go back to an MC who never has sex. Please recommend me harems where the MC actually has good sexual relations with the girls in the harem that is NOT a straight hentai.

Umi no Misaki would be your best choice.
Omamori Himari (not really until the end but then you get this...)
I guess Kanokon would count even though it's more of a triangle than harem.

I didn't mean it sarcastically. I am telling from my experience The manga where sex happens really quick without any reservation end up getting boring quickly. Few manga are an exception to that like Re:Monster.

Shinmai Maou no Keiyakusha
Although light novel (and Arashi manga version) fit your criteria more.
Also, Hagure Yuusha no Kichiku Bigaku, but then again it's mostly novel that fit, and I'm not sure it fit entirely (I didn't read it any far yet).

Does anything actually happen with Shinmai maou regarding sex?
I saw the first 5 episodes of the anime and it seems more like just High School DxD ecchi
Also I saw the Hagure Yuusha anime and nothing happened in that either and it was terrible. Is there actual sex and stuff in the LN and is it more entertaining?

In LN and Arashi It does. But I'm not sure about it being entertaining enough, since it's not a "full course" sex. Yet.

Aiki - Not EXACTLY a harem, but he IS surrounded by women and he DOES get some...
Also Koibana Onsen... I wouldn't call it a harem though - MC only really has eyes for one woman through the whole manga (not that he doesn't LOOK at others...
)
