What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

i can't remember the manga so please help me. it's about a man working in adult games and he falls for this pure girl and his funny ways to get close to her. if it help i remember this scene the girls tell him she wanted ti vist the company site and sire asks her if she under 18 and she said yes so the site didn't open for her and the man said to himself it's because his company also works adult games. so please help help meee confused confused

It's been a while since I've read it, but it sounds a bit like Miman Renai, although in that case the girl is in middle school and not high school.
