What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

I love this manga so much, and i'm curious about the what will happen between Tezuka and Shibasaki in this serious, Dojo and Kasahara are cute, too. Thank you <3
P/S: Don't forget that the movie "Last mission" will be released on October 10 everyone.
