What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

Hey there. I currently have an Indonesian TL looking for some work. Would prefer shoujo and not too long of a series if possible. We are open to a joint project. PM me if interested as well as a link to the series.

If you have an indonesian translator, then you can just do retranslation. Just ask another group if you can retranslate it into Indonesian and tell them your group name. Um, if this is your first time and still did not understood what I just said. I can help you out as a joint group.
