What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

we're a new tiny group, we scanlate yaoi manga that we find really really interesting, but we're short on member stuff, and our only japanese>english translator went MIA so we really need help
-translators: from japanese/chinese to english
-cleaners: that are comfortable with redrawing
- typesetters

no big eperience needed we're all fans wanting to spread the yaoi love, plus we learn with each other ^^.
