I forgot the name of this manga but it was similar to Gakuen Heaven. I remember just like in Gakuen Heaven the main guy just became a teacher and had similar issues of people trying to get rid of him. His co-worker is his child-hood friend and crush and then girl friend. But in this manga his girl friend gets kidnapped somewhere in between the series but she escapes or is saved from anything further from happening and stuff continued like usual. There was also a student hitting on him and both his girl-friend and the student later are openly fighting for his affections. I am not sure but I think it was completely scanlated. I was pretty sure it was Gakuen Heaven at first but I was unable to find the chapter where his co-worker was kidnapped.
