What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

The only thing i remember is the uke telling his friend that the seme only likes him because hes cute and the seme even calls him by a girl's name. The uke eas crying while he told his friend and says, "Theres no way I can compete with a girl."
