What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

The story is as following:

A girl is being bullied, and the bully breaks her doll. The girl that was being bullied then decides to make that bully into a replacement for that doll.

The most unique point i remember is that at the end of the story, the bully gets her eyes sewn shut.

If anyone knows the title, and/or author, please tell me.
