Hi everyone!

There was one particular manga that I read several years back on MangaFox and I think I found it looking up the Tragedy tag (I've already tried to retrace my steps with no success). I can't remember the name but it was either a one shot or a very very short manga about twins/doppelgangers that wake up in an empty city on an island. There is only fake food but any sorts of weapons are all real (knives actually cut) and they find a raft that can take them off the island. However, it can only carry one of them and one of them ends up killing the other I think.
In terms of art style, it was quite minimalistic and a bit "sketchy". Other than that I don't really remember much.

I've been searching for the past few weeks on my own with no success. If anyone has any sorts of pointers I would very much appreciate it!
