I really love detective series manga and anime, I love solving mysteries, do you guys have any reference of a good detective manga with requirement below

-> Using logical deduction of the detective himself
-> NO SUPERNATURAL
-> May use technology / devices BUT it will only be used to help in solving cases
-> NO ECCHI OR SMUT OR MATURE, a bit romance is fine

I recommend the Case Files of Kindaichi, a series that tends to be more bloody and serious than Detective Conan. It is mostly comprised of longer and elaborate cases with sympathetic criminals.

Detective School Q (same authors) is worth checking out too.

even though it's mainly comedy, 30% of the time they solve cases

Karakuri Zoushi Ayatsuri Sakon -- Again, the manga hasn't been fully scanlated, so you'll have to turn to the anime, which is a pretty faithful adaptation.
