I feel the same way. Why are most of the beautiful guys (and girls) only in romance stories? So unfair!

Ludwig Kakumei -- There's lots of romance in this, but not for the MC, so I suppose it still counts.
Sougiya Riddle -- Everyone except the main male lead is hot in this one -- guys and girls.

Naked Ape's non-BL/romance works, like Dolls and Switch, provided you can get into her/their art syle, which most apparently can't.

The guys in Aki (あき)'s manga might appeal to you if you think beautiful (not feminine) = hot, but not otherwise.

Ever watched the anime K? It has some very nice-looking guys.

Also on the anime front: Mouryou no Hako, Le Chevalier de Eon, and Get Backers (the latter has a manga, but imo the manga art, while very skilfully drawn, doesn't make anyone look that good - especially not compared to the anime)

Bleach ended up having more female than male readers so i will crown it king before someone else does .Is there another reason to read it beside the aggressively not-quite-gay male underwear models and their highly phallic sword fights? The L'Oréal approved mullets of power need to be mentioned too! (Aizen totally looks like a Noblesse character.) The elaborate Elaborate Art Style tag leads to Innocent (SAKAMOTO Shinichi) (Charles has my exact haircut!) and so on. Start there.
Calstine´s K is Bleach by any other name so I stopped after one crazy well drawn episode.

I once saw Berserk´s Guts on a list of hottest men in international comics! I agree but can a female (or gay) MU user comment on it?

You can tell that the plots are similar after watching one episode? Wow, some intuition, that! I've only read one volume of Bleach, so I can't comment on any likeness between the two, of course. Nor does it matter to me, since I prefer two 13-episode seasons and a movie to god knows how many manga volumes. I say let the OP pick which one she likes better. Or both

I remember higher numbers for Bleach but i don´t care to look further and K targets all demographics but Josei for some reason. (It´s an inferior product to Bleach too and i can´t believe i just said that.) Haikyuu!!´s numbers make sense and google the most read manga by women today to find your hotties. Expect a lot of fighting, sports and otome series for the obvious reasons. Cough Free! cough but Slam Dunk is a good start.
Nisekoi´s abysmal female readership made me Lol btw.
Get busy tagging (and i will return to calstine´s thread soon as i have been keeping a list.)

(Edit: Double thinking a post ain´t fair and i never said that K doesn´t fit but bothered to highlight it. I figured out that both properties are identical in content via the OP and only watched to the end to count the similarities. I even tried at least one of the 10+ !?! separate manga and i don´t care about any of the 2 properties but this thread isn´t about content.
K is lastly an ongoing property so let´s meet again in a decade .)
